Standard delivery times are within 3-7 business days, if you have not received your purchase within this time please contact us at Razu Living on the email address listed below. A signature is required for all delivery’s shipped by registered post
All quotes for purchases outside of Australia will be in Australian Dollars (AUD). All customs and duty charges on shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your countries customs office for more information. All shipping costs are calculated on destination, weight and size.

Razu Living sources unique handmade vintage and artisan products. Due to the age and the handmade nature of these products there may be slight imperfections, discoloration or small repairs. This is not considered a fault but a part of the vintage uniqueness and handmade construction of each product.
Razu Living wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied and would like to exchange/return your item(s) please email email@example.com prior to returning any purchased items.
All items must be returned within 7 Days of delivery in their original condition. Sorry we are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for returned items, however return shipping costs will be covered by Razu Living if the incorrect item was sent or the product was damaged during transit. Please email us in the first instance for any identified product damage upon receipt of you goods.
